Working with INOVIA

Together with INOVIA, a Žilina organisation for regional development, we make a proper marketing audit reachable for smaller companies in the region. For a company from the Žilina Region built on its own product, INOVIA covers part of the hours we spend on the audit.

Partner

Who INOVIA is

INOVIA is a Žilina organisation devoted to regional development — it helps companies, municipalities and people in the Žilina Region grow and innovate. Part of its work is opening up expert services that companies would not reach on their own: consulting, mentoring and expert hours from local specialists.

In this partnership we are the online marketing side. We are based in Žilina, we know the local companies and what they struggle with — and we run the audit the same way whether the company pays for it or the hours are funded through INOVIA.

How it works

How the partnership works

It rests on a simple arrangement: you get in touch, we check that the conditions fit, and the hours spent on the audit are reported to INOVIA instead of being invoiced to you.

  1. 1

    You get in touch

Write or call and tell us briefly what you do and what you sell. We will say straight away whether your company fits the programme — there is no point in filling anything in blindly.

  2. 2

    We check the conditions

We will help you with the paperwork. You submit the application to INOVIA. They assess whether you have a registered office or premises in the Žilina Region and whether you are built on your own product.

  3. 3

    We agree the scope

We work out how many hours the audit will take in your case and how many of them INOVIA covers. You have the scope and any top-up in writing before we start.

  4. 4

We run the audit and hand over the report

From there it is an ordinary audit: access, analysis, a report ordered by impact and an hour-long presentation with your team. The funded hours are invoiced to INOVIA, not to you.

Conditions

Who the funding is for

The programme is not for everyone, and that is deliberate — the point is to move forward companies that make or develop something in the region.

  • A company with a registered office or premises in the Žilina Region.
  • You have your own product — something you make, develop or sell under your own brand. Not a pure service.
  • The product is real and exists: you are selling it, or you are close to launching it.
  • You genuinely want to move your marketing forward — the report should not end up in a drawer.

Why a product and not a service

A product scales: once it finds the right market and channel, you can sell it ten or a hundred times over without growing the team tenfold. That is where an audit has the most leverage, and that is what makes it interesting for the region — funded hours turn into growth that takes a company from local to national or export. With a service tied to people's capacity that effect is far smaller, which is why the support goes to product companies.

What you get out of it

Why this is an excellent chance to grow

An audit for a fraction of the price

Funded hours bring the price of the audit down to a fraction of the usual. For a smaller company that is often the difference between “we will look at it some day” and “we are doing it now”.

An independent view from outside

We are not selling you our own campaigns. The report says what works in your marketing, what only burns money and what to do first — even if you are going to do it yourselves or with another agency.

A plan you can actually work with

You leave the audit with a list of steps ordered by impact, with time estimates and with who can carry them out. It works as a basis for a budget and for a conversation with a supplier.

A partner from the region

We are from Žilina. When a question comes up after the audit, we meet or pick up the phone.

What the funded hours cover

The hours go into the expert work itself: going through the website and technical SEO, analysing content, campaigns, social media and measurement, comparing you with the competition and writing the report. The same scope as an ordinary marketing audit — nothing is cut because someone else is paying.

If your company is larger and the audit needs more hours than INOVIA covers, we tell you the top-up up front as a fixed sum. You do not have to order the implementation from us — the report is yours.

Frequently asked questions

How many hours does INOVIA cover?

The number of hours is set by the INOVIA programme and by the size of your company. We will tell you the exact figure on the first call — along with whether the whole audit fits into it or a few hours need to be topped up.

We are a service, not a product. Can anything be done?

We cannot get you into this programme; the own-product condition comes from INOVIA. We will run the audit for you the ordinary way and shape its scope around what makes the most sense in your case.

Do we have to be based in Žilina itself?

The Žilina Region is enough — a registered office or premises. We work with companies outside the region too, only without the funded hours.

How much paperwork does it mean?

Less than you expect. You fill the forms in once at the start and we help you with them; reporting the hours to INOVIA is on us.

Is a funded audit different from a paid one?

No. The same method, the same report, the same presentation. The only difference is who receives the invoice for the funded hours.
